Current Compound Stack

The exact compounds, doses, and timing I'm running right now.

A snapshot of what I'm taking right now and how I'm taking it. Mostly stack — doses and timing, plus quick notes on what's rotated in or out since the last revision.

Caution I run this under medical supervision. Doses, frequencies, and combinations should be worked out with a qualified clinician. Sharing what I do isn't a recommendation that you do the same.

Current stack

Testosterone

Note 150 mg weekly, split across Monday and Thursday injections. My natural levels are clinically low — this brings me back into an optimal range.

HCG

Note 250 IU, dosed Monday / Wednesday / Friday. Supports my testosterone protocol by helping control estrogen and protecting fertility.

Modafinil

Note 100 mg each working day, taken in the morning. Sustained focus across long deep-work blocks.

Recently cycled out

Melanotan II

Ran a full cycle and loved it. I tanned easily and deeply, and it gave me real UV protection — I never burned, which for me is close to unheard of. The side effects were as advertised: new freckles and blemishes, which are supposed to fade now that I've stopped, plus a libido boost I didn't mind. Out of the stack for now, but this one earned a repeat.

Pinealon

Ran it as a short sleep-quality cycle and enjoyed the experiment, but I found no major impact I could attribute to it. Out of the stack for now.

Things I rotate through

Outside the core stack, I experiment. Ketones for cognitive runway on heavy days, Russian nootropics like the racetam family (piracetam, phenylpiracetam, noopept and friends), and the occasional one-off compound I want to evaluate for myself. Most don't earn a permanent slot — but the ones that do end up here.

On my list to try

HGH

Longevity. Haven't started it yet.

Atlas

Not a compound — a brain wearable from Atlas Mankind, waitlist-only right now. It's a small EEG sensor that sticks behind your ear and reads your brainwaves through the day, scoring focus, stress, and energy in an app. Curious whether it adds anything on top of the stack or just measures what I already feel.

That's the current stack. I'll revisit when something changes.
